Take a look at our curriculum map in the 'documents' section at the bottom of our class page to see what other things we will be learning this half term.

Remember to try and read at

least 5 times a week!

We are continuing to promote

this in school, with a chance to

win our fortnightly book prize!

Thank you for your support

with home reading.

Look out on our classroom window for the daily readers number. Each morning, a reading monitor will tick off the names of the children who have read at home the previous day. We are aiming for 31 readers as often as possible!

  Some important notes:
  • Swimming will be on a Tuesday afternoon.
  • Homework will be set on a Thursday to be completed by the following Monday. Each week we will have a newsletter cover to explain what we have done in class and identify the homework for the week.
  • Spelling and Times table tests will be on a Friday. Scores will be sent home in Reading Journals by the following Monday.
  • Please make sure you have your reading pack with you every day!
