School has been successful in a bid for £1000 from Ecclesiastical Insurance. The money will be used to sponsor a "Family Week" starting 6th February 2012
We are still collecting boxes to send to Camp Bastion Afghanistan for the Royal Mechanical Engineers. Many of the soldiers are from Liverpool so please support them. Send in sweets, toiletries, magazines, football souvenirs etc c/o Mrs Lockley. 89 parcels have gone to Sgt Guy since September 2011

Olympic Ambassadors Conference
Our Year 6 ambassadors will represent St Thomas' at the Sefton Schools' Conference on Friday 14th October. Children will be introduced to Olympic themes and values.
HONEY BEE PROJECT
We are going to Knowsley Safari Park on Friday 7th October to do some bee work in collaboration with St Mary's School, University of Liverpool and Knowsley Safari Park.

HMI said that St Thomas' school is outstanding! The latest report can be seen on the 'Key Information' page.
Liverpool Diocese have also inspected St Thomas' School and have agreed with Ofsted that St Thomas' is an outstanding school. We will have the full reports available soon for parents, children and governors to digest the details.
